Shimmerglory.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

In case of dissatisfaction from our Product, Users have the liberty to cancel and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled fully. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and we will process your refund in 24-48 hours.

Order has been shipped: In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Product returned without original packaging as you had received it.
- Product should not be opened or used.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. We will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest.
